    I'm an independent training facilitator and learning and development (L&D) strategist with over 16 years' industry experience in the field of talent development.

    Essentially, I'm an expert trainer, L&D management consultant, conference speaker, lecturer, strategic planning facilitator, assessor and learning materials developer.

    As a people development specialist, my ultimate goal and passion is to transform learner’s raw potential and talent into refined performance excellence.
